If you join the newsletter, we collect the email address you submit. The address is registered through Resend and confirmation emails are sent through Resend.
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand basic site usage and performance. These tools help us see whether the archive loads and works correctly.
WHAT WE DO NOT DO
SIGNAL LOST has no payments, no user accounts and no advertising profiling.
We do not sell personal data. We do not build advertising audiences from newsletter subscribers.
LEGAL BASIS
Newsletter processing is based on your consent when you submit your email address.
Basic analytics and performance checks are handled for the legitimate interest of keeping the site reliable, minimal and readable.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, object to processing, or request portability where applicable.

RETENTION
Newsletter emails stay in the Resend contact list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.
We keep only what is needed to run the transmission list and maintain the archive.
